TECHNE accomplished a big sale of 7 TECHNE SYS.10000-T900 aseptic, coex 3, 16 cavities each for the production of 1.000ml and 1.500ml bottles (UHT milk).
These machines have reduced size-change times and are complete with all the necessary engineering equipment. This project for aseptic pasteurized milk, perfected (?) along with SERAC Company, is one of the biggest in Europe.
Corporaciòn Alimentaria Peñasanta (CAPSA) – Lechera Asturiana, Oviedo-Spain, is now the main food company in the country; on the occasion of their plastic bottles’ renewal, they have choose TECHNE for the installation of two complete production, filling and storage lines, with a project investment of 25 million euros.
Such an investment allowed the company to renew their products’ image and improve the security of their final product, thanks to the milk and bottles separate sterilization process.
In addition their production and filling capacity has increased of 50%, from 190 million litres per year to the foretold success of 300 million per year, with hourly production of 55.000 litres! |

These mentioned lines are managed in a fully automatic mode from the raw material flow (HDPE white-black-white) and controlling the automatic regrind process and all utilities data (water, air pressure and temperature – ambient humidity – vacuum value against barometric conditions).
The bottles produced are stored in a series of air conditioned silos with automatic selection of bottle type produced (which bottles to which silo) with no possibility of operator error. The stored bottles are then sent automatically to the Serac aseptic filling line (supplied in co-operation with TECHNE) via a sophisticated air transport system, also without any risk of operator error. |
