TECHNE conclude una grossa vendita di 7 TECHNE SYS.10000-T900 asettiche, coex 3, ognuna 16 cavità per la produzione di flaconi da 1000 a 1.500ml (latte UHT). Le macchine sono caratterizzate da tempi di cambio formato ridotti e sono comprensive di tutta l'impiantistica di Engineering necessaria. Questo progetto per latte pastorizzato asettico, perfezionato congiuntamente alla ditta SERAC, è uno dei più grossi a livello europeo.
Corporaciòn Alimentaria Peñasanta (Lechera Asturian), Oviedo-Spagna, è attualmente il maggior gruppo agroalimentare asturiano; in occasione del rinnovamento della bottiglia di plastica dei loro prodotti, Lechera Asturian ha scelto TECHNE per l’installazione di due linee complete di produzione, imbottigliamento e stoccaggio, investendo 25 milioni di euro nel progetto.
Tale investimento ha permesso alla compagnia di rinnovare l’immagine dei loro prodotti e migliorare la sicurezza del prodotto finito, grazie a un processo di sterilizzazione separato del latte e delle bottiglie. Inoltre la capacità di produzione e imbottigliamento del latte sono aumentate del 50%, passando dai 190 milioni di litri all’anno al successo annunciato di 300 milioni annui, per una produzione oraria di 55.000 litri!

TECHNE, thanks to this big project and the trust given by Lechera Asturiana, confirms our market leader position for aseptic milk packaging installations and underline it’s capability of offering turn-keys solutions.
These mentioned lines are managed in a fully automatic mode from the raw material flow (HDPE white-black-white) and controlling the automatic regrind process and all utilities data (water, air pressure and temperature – ambient humidity – vacuum value against barometric conditions).
The bottles produced are stored in a series of air conditioned silos with automatic selection of bottle type produced (which bottles to which silo) with no possibility of operator error. The stored bottles are then sent automatically to the Serac aseptic filling line (supplied in co-operation with TECHNE) via a sophisticated air transport system, also without any risk of operator error. |

After 3 years Lechera Asturiana confirms the perfect and continuous functioning of both production lines. The production requirements have been achieved as per the agreement (recently verified during a visit of TECHNE managers in Oviedo plants) and our customer expressly declares their total technical-commercial satisfaction. Lechera Asturiana covers 70% of the national market of UHT milk production packed in bottles. |
