The official presentation of TECHNE’s ADVANCE series all-electric blow-moulding machine was a great attraction to visitors interested in solutions able to increase productivity and keep a high return of investment.
ADV4-510 model was equipped with 4 shuttles, a 5 parison extrusion head for a total of 20 cavities resulting in an hourly production of about 8.400 bottles for a cosmetic application (250 ml). The machine was viewed by representatives of over 360 companies from over 60 countries. Particular interest was expressed from Germany, North, South and Central America in addition to India and Turkey.
There was an 18% increase of attendance to our display in comparison to K 2004. This is a very significant to us since 2 out of every 3 visitors were company decision-makers. What we learned is that to remain in this selective market of high production machinery we need to continually develop and improve the technology to return more to our customer’s bottom line.
The ADVANCE series will be available in all its versions during 2008. It will offer very high performance and efficiency according to the market expectations and TECHNE leadership ambitions.
