During this exhibition TECHNE will officially launch the exclusive ADVANCE® model blow moulding machine. This new mecatronic machine guarantees a high productivity with a energy saving of 35% (compared with Hydraulic machines).
ADVANCE® has been developed to offer application flexibility and support customers with their production growth: it is totally electric, innovative on the shuttle motion, studied for a modular configuration from 1 to 4 shuttles with a simultaneous movement, provided with adjustment clamping according to production needs, completely electronic parison profiling, interchangeable extrusion platform in order to grant a totally versatile use and offer a configuration up to 6 layers.
A remarkable cost reduction is possible due to the Cambus wiring, the use of an industrial Pc Windows based machine control, technical assistance on-line, remote production data retrieval, dramatically reduced standard maintenance and the automatic setup of the production parameters.
The reduction of the mentioned costs, the high modularity and flexibility (e.g. the possibility of producing from 4 to 40 cavities with the same machine!) along with the VELTECH® system (TECHNE patent capable of increasing the production speed by a minimum of 15% when comparing the same container technical characteristics), makes ADVANCE® series the market datum point for next years.
Consequently ADVANCE® offers a measurable and rapid return on investment: reliable and efficient, in accordance with the most strict operator security rules, the innovative lay-out allows for space optimization. The assembly standardization and the respect of precise quality parameters guarantee a long operating life of the investment, as applies to all the other TECHNE machines (more that 800 multi-cavity equipments produced in 20 years’ activity and still working all around the world).
