All the mould details are duly evaluated by the Product Department and have to be approved by a dedicated team before starting the tooling manufacturing.
The mould documentation supplied to customers is very wide and detailed, allowing the customer to proceed with a quick identification of the material used, spare parts and important specifications in case of standard maintenance. |

Moulds are manufactured as per Techne specifications; mould makers strictly follow the project check list to certificate the supply.

Upon request, it is possible to control the dimensioning of each cavity in check the repeatability as per CP/CPK procedures. Such a control can be made through optical or contact system.

By comparing the 3D cavity scanning with the 3D file of the cavity design or of the pilot mould, it is possible to verify the repeatability of all the cavities as well as their volumetric analysis. |
