2D shape proposal

The Product department proposes a wide 2D shape range optimized thanks to an internal database showing the parameters based on over 900 tests that have been run since 1985.

3D shape proposal

The proposals chosen are modeled on 3D CAD and sent to customer’s attention along with a display which allows to rotate and zoom out the 3D model.

Mock-Up/ Prototyping

By means of a rapid prototyping system, the relevant mock-up is realized in a short delay.
The resin mock-up is exactly just like the final bottle and dimensions are within the tolerances shown in the bottle drawing.

Shape analysis with top load simulation

Simulation of top load solicitation and identification of weakness points of the bottle through finite elements to modify the shape during the project stage.
